A daily check-in

If you support people who live alone, the hardest question is the simplest one. Are they okay today?

AssureOkay answers it with a daily check-in. Each person confirms they're okay at a time you agree, on the phone they already have.

Text, call, app or watch

No smartphone needed. They can reply to a text, or answer a short automated call. A basic mobile or a landline is enough.

People with smartphones tap once in the app, or check in from their Apple Watch or Wear OS watch. Everyone can have their own method and time.

The staff dashboard

Your staff get one dashboard: who's checked in today, who's still due, and who needs attention, with each person's history a click away.

When a check-in is missed

If someone misses a check-in, your designated staff are alerted by email and push notification. At the same time, so are the family or friends that person chose.

If there's a pet at home, those contacts also receive its feeding, medical, vet and care details.

SOS

And whenever they need help, one press of SOS alerts your team straight away, and their contacts too, with their location if they've turned sharing on.

Consent, setup and billing

It's built on consent. Each person accepts their own invitation and chooses their own contacts. There are no cameras, and no sensors in the home.

There's no hardware to install, and no monitoring center contract. You're billed by invoice, and the app is live on the App Store and Google Play.

Results and alert load

Among our current users, 96.7% of scheduled check-ins are completed on time, and the median response is two minutes.

For planning, expect around three missed check-ins per hundred people a day in the first weeks. A little under half end with a late check-in.

What it isn't, and next steps

To be clear, AssureOkay isn't a monitored alarm, and it doesn't dispatch emergency services. It makes sure the right people know, so they can respond.

AssureOkay. A daily check-in for the people you support.

The on-time and response figures are from current AssureOkay users, 4 July to 2 October 2026. They are individual subscribers, not results from a care provider's pilot. Names, units and the community shown in the video are fictional.
